Start by scheduling a free phone consult with Mel! It’s a chance to connect, talk through your goals and vision for the shoot, and get all your questions answered. You’ll also choose the type of session that best fits your needs and pick a date that works for you.

Because every brand and individual is unique, pricing varies depending on the scope of your session. Whether you're looking for a simple headshot refresh or a full branding experience, Mel will walk you through the options during your consult so you can find the perfect fit.

Once you’re booked, you’ll receive a full style consultation to help you prep with confidence. Leading up to your session, Mel is available by email or phone to chat through ideas, review outfit choices, and make sure every detail matches the mood, tone, and color palette you’re going for.

From the first call to the final shot, Mel’s here to support you every step of the way.

The Experience

When it’s time for your session, you’ll join Mel at a beautiful studio in Central Massachusetts—or, if you’re looking for something more personal or lifestyle-driven, you can choose to shoot at your home, your place of business, a local café, or a nearby park. The location is all about capturing the look and feel that best reflects you and your brand.

  • A pre-shoot styling consultation

  • A personalized photo session with Mel

  • One outfit (additional outfits can be added, with extra shooting time)

  • Professional retouching and artistic editing

  • An in-person reveal and ordering appointment

Want to elevate your experience? On-site hair and makeup is available as an optional (and highly recommended) add-on.

Reveal & Ordering Day

After your sesson is complete, we will schedule a date that you'll return to the studio or on location for your exciting reveal day!

Mel will present a beautifully curated slideshow of your best images, handpicked and edited with care. This is your time to view your photos, choose your favorite headshot included with your session, and explore additional options.

You'll have three thoughtfully designed collections to choose from, each offering a different level of coverage—from digital images to print products and more. Whether you're looking for just a few key images or a full suite of branding content,  there's a package for you.
